Although our knives are constructed by expert hands using only the finest Japanese steel, we understand that our products sometimes could be imperfect. If you ever receive a faulty knife, we will gladly replace it as soon as possible.
Simply contact our customer service and send back your damaged package for replacement.
Even if your product arrived in top condition, it’s still possible to receive a faulty knife that eventually breaks down over time. Fortunately, all Haarko knives come with a guaranteed 2-year warranty. As long as you received your knife within the past 2 years, we will replace your defective blade completely free of charge.

However, our warranty does not apply to:
- Physically damaged knives
- Knives damaged due to improper use
- Damage not caused by a factory defect
- Products purchased over 2 years ago
